This site describes residential construction and pre-construction planning services offered by Massey & Sons Builders in Colorado.

Sending a plan package or a message does not create a contract, a client relationship, or a commitment to build. It starts a conversation.

The pre-construction plan and budget review is offered at no charge and carries no obligation on either side. You are not agreeing to hire us, and we are not agreeing to take the project.

A review is a builder's read of the package as it stands. It is not a bid, not a guaranteed price, and not a structural, code, or engineering certification. Anything that has to be relied on for permitting or construction still needs the licensed professional whose stamp it requires.

A paid pre-construction planning engagement, and any construction proposal or contract, is a separate agreement in writing, with its own scope, fee, and terms. Nothing on this site sets that price or commits either party to it.

No figure appears on this site as a quote. Where a number is eventually published, it will say plainly what it covers.

If you are an architect or designer, bringing us a project does not change your relationship with your client, and does not make us a party to your agreement with them.

We do not operate a referral program and do not pay or accept a fee for a recommendation. If you recommend us, it is because the work stood up, and nothing on this site should be read as offering you anything else.

Do not submit passwords, an owner's private financial or identity documents, regulated health information, or material covered by a confidentiality obligation you have not cleared.

How we handle what you do send is described in the Privacy Notice, including that a plan-review submission goes to Massey & Sons Builders only and is never sold or passed on.
