What This Notice Covers

Massey & Sons Builders uses this notice to explain what happens to the information you send through this site — in particular a plan package submitted for a pre-construction plan and budget review.

This is general information about our own handling practices, not legal advice. If your firm has its own client-confidentiality obligations, those obligations are yours and this notice does not alter them.

What a Plan Review Submission Contains

A plan-review request includes what you type into the form: your name and contact details, your firm name if you give one, who is asking, the kind of project, how far along the drawings are, your target timing, and how the project reached us.

Please do not send an owner's private financial information, identity documents, or anything under a confidentiality obligation you have not cleared. A plan set and a description of the project are enough for a first review.

How We Use It

We use a plan-review submission for one purpose: to respond to that specific project. That means reading the package, forming the feasibility and pricing-readiness questions, and coming back to you about it.

We do not use a plan-review submission to add you to a marketing list. If we later want to send you anything other than a reply about this project, we ask you separately and you can say no without affecting the review.

Who Sees It

A plan-review submission is received by Massey & Sons Builders only. It is not routed to other builders, not distributed to a panel, and not entered into any arrangement where more than one company answers your project.

We use ordinary service providers to run the site and our email, and they process information only to provide us that service. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We Do Not Sell or Pass It On

We do not sell your information, and we do not share, trade, or pass on a plan-review submission to another contractor, a lead marketplace, an advertiser, or a data broker. There is no arrangement under which sending us a project results in anyone else contacting you.

If a project is not a fit for us, we say so and stop. We do not hand it to someone else as a courtesy or a referral fee.

How Long We Keep It, and How to Have It Deleted

We keep a plan-review submission while the project is live and for as long afterwards as we need it to answer questions about what was discussed. We do not keep it indefinitely for its own sake.

You can ask us to delete a submission at any time, including immediately after a review, and you do not have to give a reason. Write to the contact address published on this site and say which project you mean. We will delete it and confirm, keeping only what a law or a signed agreement requires us to retain — and we will tell you if anything falls into that category.

Changes

This notice is versioned. If we change what we do with submitted information, we publish a new version rather than editing this one, so a record of what you agreed to at the time remains available.
